Colorado Insurance Litigation Attorney (3–5 Years)
Commission-Only | No Salary | No Cap | High Performers Only
We are hiring one Colorado-licensed attorney with 3–5 years of first-party property insurance experience to handle residential, commercial, and HOA insurance claims.
This is a commission-only role for attorneys who want ownership, leverage, and uncapped income — not stability seekers.
What You Will Handle
- First-party property damage claims (hail, wind, roof)
- Commercial and HOA insurance disputes
- Appraisal and arbitration matters
- Pre-suit through active litigation
- Select bad-faith matters
You will run your own docket with firm infrastructure behind you.
Compensation (Read Carefully)
- 25% on firm-generated matters
- Up to 40% on self-generated matters
- Paid on collected fees
- No draw. No salary. No guarantees.
- Paid monthly
If you need predictable income, this role is not for you.
Leads & Support
- Firm-generated cases provided
- Optional business development
- Case managers, paralegals, intake, CRM, and litigation support included
- Experts and trial support available when warranted
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Active Colorado Bar license
- 3–5 years first-party insurance litigation experience
- Comfortable managing deadlines, hearings, and discovery independently
- Able to appear in Colorado courts as required
- Entrepreneurial, disciplined, self-directed
Auto-Disqualifiers (Do Not Apply If)
- You require a base salary or guaranteed draw
- You are uncomfortable with commission-only compensation
- You need constant supervision or training
- You lack first-party insurance experience
- You are not licensed in Colorado
Why This Role Exists
This is for attorneys who:
- Want uncapped earning potential
- Prefer performance over politics
- Want infrastructure without bureaucracy
- Are confident betting on themselves
Please message Hiring Manager on LinkedIn with the following:
- Confirmation you are Colorado-licensed
- Your years of first-party insurance experience
- A one-sentence explanation of why commission-only compensation fits you
If you are a high-producing insurance attorney who is underpaid or capped where you are, this role will feel very different.
