We are currently seeking a Client Intake Specialist to join our newly opened Cybersecurity Department. This position plays a key role in engaging with new and incoming clients. As a phone-heavy position, a background in telemarketing or phone sales is encouraged. Applicants are expected to have strong and professional communication skills and will need to be able to provide information and answer questions with potential new clients seeking to retain our firm to represent them in cybersecurity matters.

Job Duties
- Manage high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients.
- Lead client conversations to gather preliminary case information and offer a brief overview of our services using a provided script.
- Assist clients in completing initial case documentation promptly, ensuring a seamless retainment process.
- Facilitate connections between clients and attorneys for the first stage of case review.
- Proven experience in phone sales, with a natural ability to connect and communicate with clients over the phone.
- Detail-oriented, service-driven, and a team player with a passion for justice.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiarity with case management software.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
