We are actively recruiting an attorney with proven experience representing condominium associations, homeowner associations, and boards. This role is exclusively board-side representation—not unit-owner advocacy.

  • Prior experience representing:
    • Condominium associations
    • Homeowner associations
    • Boards of directors
  • Comfort advising boards on:
    • Governance & compliance
    • Enforcement & covenant issues
    • Vendor, management, and operational disputes
    • Owner disputes and board fiduciary obligations
